📦 Shipping Policy – MYX Automotive
MYX Automotive is committed to providing efficient, reliable, and transparent shipping services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may vary due to product availability, order volume, or verification requirements.
MYX Automotive reserves the right to delay or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or inventory discrepancies.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping carriers may experience delays that are outside of our control.
Shipment Fulfillment & Split Orders
Orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouse locations. As a result, items within the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Customers will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment where applicable.
Shipping Coverage
MYX Automotive currently ships within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us prior to placing an order.
Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Risk of Loss & Title Transfer
All orders are shipped FOB Origin. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. MYX Automotive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
Shipping Delays
MYX Automotive is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Labor disruptions
- High shipping volume
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
MYX Automotive is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date).
We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier; however, resolution is subject to the carrier’s investigation and policies. MYX Automotive does not guarantee reimbursement for carrier-related issues.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused by the customer, any applicable shipping costs, return fees, and restocking fees may be deducted from the refund.
